General Program Objectives

• Equip participants with essential soft and practical skills for the job market and entrepreneurship, including self-awareness, communication, leadership, and complex problem-solving.

How it Works

The program combines self-development and community understanding across 48 intensive training hours:

• Personal and Foundational Skills in the Digital Age (24 hours): Focuses on self-awareness, effective communication, team collaboration, and utilizing digital tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence (24 hours): Encourages creative thinking and empowers students to transform ideas into business prototypes using modern tools, including AI.
